The 75th annual Golden Globe awards kicked off today in Hollywood celebrating the best of television and film for the 2017 theatre year. From The Greatest Showman to The Crown, the heavy hitters of the industry have congregated in Los Angeles for a night of acknowledging each other’s work.
With many actresses choosing to wear black on the red carpet in support of ending sexual harassment in the industry, glimpses of coloured ensembles have been rare. Yet, this certainly is no issue in 2018 as the motivation behind the bold choice of many actors stands higher than the fashion stakes themselves.
